Delete Your Data
ArcherySuccess - AllTen Software Limited
This page is for the ArcherySuccess app. For the ArcheryTimers app, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
ArcherySuccess has no accounts. Your scores and journal stay on your phone. We hold only three small kinds of data, and you can ask us to delete them by email.
1. The data on your phone
Your scores, journal entries, gear, settings and round locations are stored on your phone only. We never receive them. You delete them yourself:
- Delete one entry in the app.
- Remove the location from every round with "Remove location from all rounds" under Settings > Legal.
- Uninstall the app to delete all of its data from the phone.
A backup file that you saved, and your phone's own backup, keep a copy of the data. Delete those too if you want no copy left.
2. The data we hold
- Your purchase record: RevenueCat keeps an anonymous ID for your app install, your purchase history and your subscription status. It does not hold your name or your email address.
- Your support emails: the emails you send to us and our replies.
- Crash reports: Sentry keeps technical crash reports with no name or email address. Sentry deletes each report after 90 days, so you do not need to ask.
3. How to ask us to delete it
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data". You can also use our contact form with the same subject.
- Give the app name (ArcherySuccess) and your approximate purchase date. If you have it, give the order number from your store receipt email (Google Play: starts with "GPA.").
- We ask RevenueCat to delete your purchase record within 30 days, and we delete our support emails with you.
- We reply to you when the data is deleted.
4. What stays the same
- Your subscription keeps running. To stop it, cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
- While your subscription runs, the app still unlocks Pro. The next time the app checks your purchase, RevenueCat makes a new anonymous record.
- Google and Apple keep their own record of your order. To delete it, ask Google or Apple.
